This 100% pure, raw coffee blossom honey from our Kawisari plantation is a real rarity and very difficult to harvest as the flowers of the coffee are opened only for a very short period of time for pollination. Pure raw honey may naturally crystallize as it may contain small particles of bee polllen, especially when stored in low temperature. Crystallized pure honey tastes rich and is great as a spread, or otherwise simply stir again to mix when liquid honey is preferred.
