Bresaola is a typical Italian cured meat obtained from the cuts of the leg of beef, dry-tanned with salt, pepper, garlic and other aromatic herbs that enhance its flavour. The versatility and lightness make it a top-rated product even in diets. It’s a classic with Grana Padano’s flakes, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and lemon, but it also goes perfectly with fruit, avocado, nuts and salads.
