COCONUT CRANBERRIES COOKIES INGREDIENTS
Coconut sugar, Chopped cranberries, Coconut flakes, Granola, Spelt flour, Flaxseed, Baking soda, Baking powder, Salt
Preheat oven to 350F. In a mixing bowl stir together the contents of the jars. Add ½ cup softened butter or 1/3 cup coconut oil. Lightly beaten egg or flaxseed and 1 tsp vanilla mixed until well combined. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place balls 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until edges are light brown. Cool for 2 minutes.
