Feta black pepper is a semi soft cheese, brined in salt for 2 weeks like a feta and wrapped with borneo's black pepper, made by artisan Cheezzery in East Java. Strong aromas of ilk and peppery made this cheese very versatile, for salads, dipped in soup, pies, filling in pastas or dim sun or just as snack.
Ingridients : pasteurized cow milk, vegetable rennet, culture, salt, black pepper.
