Kawisari's Java Arabica Peaberry represents less than 10% of our entire Arabica coffee production. The 'Champagne of coffee', a peaberry bean is larger single bean growing inside each cherry. This medium roast is characterized with flavors of raisins & brown sugar, with chocolatery bitterness.

Serving Suggestion :
To prepare one cup of coffee, add 1-2 tablespoon (5-10 gr) of Kawisari ground coffee for every 180 ml cup of hot water (-96 c). Optimal brewing time is 4 to 5 minutes.
Storage Instruction :
To preserve the coffee flavor and quality, store your Kawisari coffee in airtight canister and put in a cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
