Peaberry beans are larger single coffee beans that grow inside a cherry, therefore Contains more nutrients than normal coffee beans. Only representing 5-10% of the whole Robusta harvest, Kawisari Robusta Peaberry has a softer taste and a dense texture, with higher degree of caffeine than the regular coffee, creating a contrasting sensation.
Full bodied with notes of tamarind & sugarcane molasses, orange & berry fruits. Medium acidity with a smooth finish.
Serving Suggestion :
To prepare one cup of coffee, add 1-2 tablespoon (5-10 gr) of Kawisari ground coffee for every 180 ml cup of hot water (-96 c). Optimal brewing time is 4 to 5 minutes.
Storage Instruction :
To preserve the coffee flavor and quality, store your Kawisari coffee in airtight canister and put in a cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
