Jono's - Calabrian Sausages
Southern Italy's answer to spicy Spanish chorizo. A mix of organic house dried chili flakes, paprikas, and herbs, give a special and unique flavor profile, giving a nod to Calabria while showcasing the best produce from our island. It's much more than a "Spicy Italian"
Ingredient : Balinese black pig, house dried chilis, and local dried herbs.
Cooking Suggestion : Cook on low heat on a grill or in a pan with butter or oil, until fully cooked. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Serve with onions and peppers, potatoes, fries, eggs, our favorite preparation is in a pasta sauce with a little tomato and olive oil.
