
Kawisari Premium Java Robusta Traditional Coffee/300gr
The traditional way of roasting in the Kawisari plantation before modern methods, wood roasting takes longer and needs to be done in small batches. The beans become lower in acidity and higher in body, and the darkness of the roast is to the discretion of our master roasters through skill passed from one generation to another over the past 150 years. Full bodied with palates of earl grey, nuts, dark chocolate and a smooth tobacco finish with wood aroma.
Serving Suggestion :
To prepare one cup of coffee, add 1-2 tablespoon (5-10 gr) of Kawisari ground coffee for every 180 ml cup of hot water (-96 c). Optimal brewing time is 4 to 5 minutes.
Storage Instruction :
To preserve the coffee flavor and quality, store your Kawisari coffee in airtight canister and put in a cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
