Melt a tablespoon or two in the pot or pan before adding your ingredients or marinate your veggies or meat for an hour or two before cooking and enjoy a flavour-filled meal in no time.
Ingredients : turmeric, shallots, garlic, sea salt, pepper, bay leaf, kaffir leaf, lemongrass, ginger, galangal, coconut oil.
Suggested for 3-4 servings :
Marinade for meat, fish, tempeh / tofu : marinate with 2 tbsp. prior to cooking. Stir fries & sautes 2-3 tbsp.
Soups & stews : 2-3 tbsp, in the pot until melted then add your ingredients.
