Eat as it is (we certainly do!) or add in in some rice. This meal includes pumpkin and sweet potato which is full of beta-carotene that converts to vitamin A in the body.

You get to choose between parsley or coriander garnish so be sure to take your pick. Organic rice has been added as an optional choice for those they need it.
If there are any leftovers , place in an air tight container and place in the fridge for up to days days or freeze for up to 1 month.
